Item Title
C-21 Affiliation with the University of Central Florida and the School Board of Clay County Florida.
Issue/Rationale
The Contractual Agreement will enable the School District of Clay County to provide opportunities for pre-service Speech/Language Pathologists to gain hands-on experience in their field of study. This is analogous to an education student completing a practicum with a teacher.
This Contractual Agreement can continue indefinitely, unless either party desires to cancel. There are no local educational programs which provide these programs.
Recommended Action
Approve affiliation agreement.
